Announcing Our New Board President, David Wright

We are thrilled to announce that David Wright has been appointed as the new President of our Board of Directors, succeeding the leadership of Sarah E. Allan. David brings a wealth of experience and a new perspective to our organization, and we are excited to embark on this new chapter following our 50^th anniversary under his guidance.

David currently serves as the Manager of Research Insights at Destination BC, where he leads a talented team of analysts and researchers who track and report on all aspects of tourism in British Columbia. With over twenty years of experience in leadership, strategic planning, analytics, and marketing, David has honed his skills in both the public and private sectors. His extensive background in these areas will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our mission and expand our impact.

Sarah Allan has been a great leader, diligently guiding our organization over the years. Her commitment to serving the community as not only the President of the Board but as a Family Law Mediator by practice, has left a lasting impact, and we are deeply grateful for her service. As David steps into this role, we are confident that his expertise and vision will build on the strong foundation Sarah has laid.
