The Parent Support Services Society of BC is offering the Circle of Security Parenting program. This an attachment-based parenting program. The Circle of Security Parenting sessions are focused on helping parents and caregivers reflect upon children’s attachment needs to promote secure attachment with a child.
The Circle of Security Parenting program or COSP is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
Parent Support Services Society of BC plans the online delivery of the Circle of Security Parenting program throughout the year and typically takes registration for Spring, Fall and Winter sessions.
The program is best suited for families with children 4 months to 12 years old.

This 8-week program will cover how to:
- Better understand your child’s emotional world & learn to read their emotional needs
- Support your child and help them manage their emotions
- Enhance the development of your child’s self-esteem
- Honour your child’s wish to be secure
